All orders are packed inside a padded gloss bag.
We post ALL items using the Royal Mail fully tracked service, tracking numbers are sent with the shipment confirmation email (don’t forget to check your junk mail).
If an order has been made on a Friday, this will be posted the following week using Royal Mail fully tracked.
The postal service is provided by Royal Mail - they claim to deliver the item the following day after posting, although their service has been severely & unpredictably disrupted due to COVID-19.
We don’t have any control over the service Royal Mail provides, although we are always happy to help if your order has still not arrived after 10 WORKING DAYS.
If you have NOT received your order within 10 WORKING DAYS, please do contact us as there may have been an issue with the postal service.
We do receive the address details from the details on the order - please ensure these details are correct at the time of purchase as we cannot always change the address once it has been fulfilled.
